Minor develops a new generation of talented people to accelerate the business and lead the change through the NGT (New Gen Talent) program. This program aims to develop their potential and ideas through coaching and mentoring based on the hundred of experiences from Minor Group executives and HUBBA Community, Thailand’s leading startup business development, which is behind the success of many startups in Thailand. We aim to ignite the creative ideas through participants-led project initiatives that will create new competition for Minor.
